Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defective parts or internal component failures related to the items we supply. Most major components include a standard warranty for added peace of mind.
If a part is found to be defective, we will first attempt to provide a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued for the original purchase amount.
Labor & Installation
Please note: Labor costs are not covered under any warranty.
USED AUTO PARTS LLC is not responsible for installation charges, diagnostic fees, towing costs, rental vehicles, or any other labor-related expenses incurred before or after installation.
We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a certified professional mechanic.
Important Warranty Conditions
Warranty coverage may be void under the following conditions:
Incorrect installation or improper handling
Modifications, disassembly, or alterations to the part
Failure to replace required seals, gaskets, or filters
Misdiagnosis of the original issue
Damage caused after delivery or during installation
Incomplete or incorrect vehicle information provided at the time of purchase
All parts must remain in their original installed or shipped condition to qualify for evaluation.
Inspection & Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all items upon delivery before signing acceptance. Once signed, the item is considered delivered in acceptable condition.
We are not responsible for claims related to damage reported after delivery has been accepted.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only under approved warranty conditions. Returned items must be sent back in the same condition as originally shipped.
If the returned item is damaged, altered, or incomplete, a refund will not be issued.
If a replacement is not available, a refund may be processed at our discretion.
Compatibility & VIN Verification
We use VIN-based compatibility checks to help ensure the correct part is supplied for your vehicle. However, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase.
Incorrect vehicle information may result in warranty voidance.
Product Condition Disclaimer
All engines and used parts are carefully inspected, tested, cleaned, and prepared before shipment. While we ensure functionality, cosmetic appearance may vary due to normal wear associated with used automotive components.
Final Notes
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. OEM parts may be interchangeable across multiple makes and models, but compatibility should always be verified prior to ordering.
