At USED AUTO PARTS LLC, we ensure every order is processed and shipped with care, speed, and transparency. Our goal is to deliver your parts safely and efficiently anywhere in the United States.

Standard Shipping

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is received and cleared

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days in transit

  • Please allow up to 8 business days total for delivery after processing

Order Processing Times

  • Items pulled directly from inventory shelves ship within 24 hours (1 business day)

  • Items requiring removal from a vehicle ship within 1–3 business days

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped

Shipping Coverage

  • We primarily ship within the continental United States (lower 48 states)

  • Limited shipping is available to:AlaskaHawaiiPuerto RicoCanada (select parts only)

International Shipping

We generally do not offer international shipping outside North America.
Customers outside the U.S. may arrange delivery to a U.S.-based address (friend or freight forwarder).

Address Requirements

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • A valid physical address is required for all shipments

  • Orders with invalid addresses will be delayed until corrected

Delivery & Inspection

  • Tracking details are provided at the time of shipment

  • Customers may track orders through our website tracking portal

  • If a signature is required upon delivery, please contact us before shipment

  • Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival

Any visible damage or tampering must be noted with the delivery driver before acceptance.

FREIGHT SHIPPING (LARGE ITEMS)

Engines, Transmissions & Oversized Parts

Large items such as engines, transmissions, bumpers, doors, and body panels are shipped via freight carriers.

Freight Delivery Requirements

  • A commercial/business address is strongly recommended

  • Some deliveries may require forklift access for unloading

  • If no forklift is available and a liftgate is required, a $50–$100 liftgate fee may apply

  • Customers may choose to pick up freight items from the nearest terminal

Freight Pickup Option

If delivery is not possible at your location, we can arrange pickup at a nearby freight terminal.
You will be provided with the address and contact details of the terminal.

Customers must bring:

  • Valid government-issued ID

  • Pickup confirmation details

  • Appropriate transportation for large parts

TROUBLESHOOTING & CLAIMS

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect all packages before signing delivery receipt

  • Any visible damage must be documented with the carrier immediately

  • Damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We are not responsible for carrier-related damage, but we will assist in filing claims

Missing Items

  • Check your packing slip carefully before contacting support

  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages at no additional cost

  • If an item is missing, contact us immediately for assistance

Incorrect Items

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply if the item matches listing specifications

Incorrect Address

  • We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order
